Meet Nyla!
Nyla is a playful and affectionate 5-year-old cat looking for her forever home. She came to Buddies & Pals Animal Rescue as an owner surrender when her family had to move.
When Nyla first arrived, she was shy and unsure of her new surroundings. It didn’t take long for her to come out of her shell and show everyone her true personality. She loves being around people and is always happy to receive head scratches and attention.
Nyla’s favorite activities include playing with her toys and relaxing at the top of her cat tree while watching birds outside the window. She enjoys being involved in what’s going on around her and makes a wonderful companion.
After losing the only home she knew, Nyla is ready to start her next chapter with a family that will love her for the rest of her life. If you’re looking for a playful, loving cat with plenty of personality, Nyla may be the perfect fit for your home.
Meet Lily
Lily is a 1.5-year-old domestic medium hair who has already lived through more than her fair share of challenges. Despite her rough start, she stepped up in the most incredible way—becoming a loving, devoted mom to the Harry Potter litter of 10 kittens.
Now that her babies are grown, Lily is ready for a new chapter… one that’s all about her. She’s done her job as an amazing mama and is officially ready for life as a single lady—no more responsibilities, just love, comfort, and peace.
Lily has gained so much confidence while living with her foster siblings. Lily is now cuddling with her foster mom and would enjoy a home to call her own. Lily would do best with another cat to boost her confidence.
Meet Hestia
Hestia is adventurous, curious, and always wants to be near her people. Hestia loves to explore her surroundings, but her favorite place is wherever you are—watching you closely, following you around, and quietly being part of everything you do.
She’s the perfect mix of playful and attentive, always interested!
Meet Fred!
Fred is full of curiosity and loves keeping up with his siblings, proving that size doesn’t define spirit. Fred enjoys playing, exploring, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. When he’s not busy showing off his brave side, he’s happy to curl up for cuddles and enjoy some quiet time with his favorite people.
Meet Daphne!
If you’re looking for a kitten who always has something to say, Daphne is your girl! This sweet and spirited kitten loves to chat and will happily tell you all about her day.
Daphne is affectionate, curious, and full of personality. She loves being around people and isn’t afraid to let you know when she’d like some attention. Her playful nature and constant commentary make every day a little brighter and a lot more entertaining.
Meet Honey
Honey is an affectionate 7 year old female domestic short hair. Honey came to Buddies as a medical case. Honey was showing neurological symptoms and presented with a heart murmur. Honey has now gotten much better and is ready to go to her forever home. Honey loves to eat and get head scratches.
Meet Orchid!
This tiny 8-week-old kitten was found all alone in a garage in Chicago with no mom or siblings in sight. Thankfully, she was brought to safety, and of course, we couldn’t leave her behind.
Now Orchid is safe, warm, and receiving all the love and care she deserves as she begins her journey toward a brighter future.
